How to Delete Your CARFAX Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your CARFAX account, you can request account deletion directly through your settings or by contacting support:

Via Account Settings:

1. Log in to your CARFAX account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings page.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Delete Account option.
4. Confirm your deletion request.

Via Contact Form:

If you cannot log in or need help deleting your account:

1. Go to the Contact Us page.
2. Under "Choose a Concern", select My CARFAX Account.
3. Request account deletion in the description field.

*Note: Account deletion is permanent and will remove access to any unused report credits or history logs.*
