You can customize and control the type of emails you receive from CARFAX, such as value updates, service alerts, and newsletters.
Updating Preferences:
- Log in to your CARFAX account or Car Care dashboard.
- Go to Profile > Communication Preferences.
- Toggle email categories on or off depending on your preference.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from specific marketing lists by clicking the Unsubscribe link located in the footer of any email you receive from us.
